Online form

We would like everyone to complete this online google form to tell us which transition events you would like your child to attend and let us know any important information about your child.  It will also ask for your email address and permission to set you up on a website called Tapestry.  

Please make sure your online form is completed by the 23rd May 2025 so we can use the information you provide us about friendships to group the children into their classes.
