Specialist Education Services (SES)

The Specialist Education Services (SES) are Suffolk County Council outreach services for Suffolk mainstream schools seeking additional support for pupils with additional needs within the four broad areas of need: Communication and Interaction, Cognition and Learning, Social, Emotional, Mental Health and Sensory and Physical. The key focus for the services is to maintain school placements, working with schools to build understanding and the capacity to manage their own effective inclusion for SEND pupils.
