Mrs Squirrell is able to support the referral process to outside agencies. Here are some of the agencies that can offer support.


The Emotional Wellbeing Hub is staffed by a team of emotional wellbeing practitioners who are able to offer advice and support for a young person’s wellbeing and mental health.

School Nursing can offer support with bed wetting, sleep problems, self-harm and advice about behaviour concerns around  ASD or ADHD.

One Life Suffolk a family and young people’s healthy lifestyle service. They offer a range of free fun, interactive services designed to support the whole family become fitter.

Family First - a christian charity which seeks to increase the confidence of parents and carers confidence, social support networks and mental wellbeing. Volunteers visit parents and carers to listen, support and encourage them to reach their agreed goals. Please contact Dawn Squirrell for a referral to this support. 


Suffolk Carers Matter-support for anyone who is supporting a family member or friend. They offer a 24/7 advice line giving emotional guidance as well as a counselling service. To register and access their services www.suffolkcarersmatter.org.uk/get-in-touch


Parenting Programmes are run by Suffolk County Council and other partner organisations. The programmes bring experienced workers, parents and carers together to discuss issues, share concerns and gain practical advice and information.
